Do my pieces come with a warranty?
Yes, all our jewelry pieces come with a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase.
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects such as faulty clasps, loose stones, or tarnishing due to material defects.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your item for a refund or store credit.

Please note: Due to hygienic reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.

To be eligible for a return:

Do you offer jewelry repair services? We do not provide repair services for our jewelry pieces at this time. If your jewellery piece has broken, please refer to our warranty policy and contact our customer support team. If another jeweller undertakes work on one of our pieces, including resizing or repairs, our warranty will be voided.
